Metodologia

To analyze the global expansion of eInvoicing obligations, we employed a structured methodology to gather and assess data on upcoming B2b requirements. This approach began with an extensive desk analysis of secondary sources followed by a rigorous validation process, involving consultations with experts.

The study of interoperability initiatives started with an exploration of the concept itself, examining its definition and interpretation at the European level through official documentation from the European Commission. This theoretical understanding was then applied to map ongoing interoperability initiatives in practice.This process incorporated both primary and secondary sources to systematically gather and organize data.
After the data collection phase, the Observatory adopted a systematic clustering approach. Interoperability initiatives were grouped based on their geographic scope and the objectives they aimed to achieve, enabling a clearer understanding of patterns and trends within the international interoperability landscape.
